Harmony Grits softball team needs fans
Keep up with a very recreational co-ed softball team. Join our fans. Help us win. Help us drink beer and nonalcoholic beverages at the Harmony after a game.

Block Party is Saturday, June 14, 2003
Here is the schedule for the block party. E-mail or leave a note at 133 Ohio if you have suggestions. The street-closing permit, posted in a conspicuous place in front of 133 Ohio, is for 2 p.m. to 2 a.m.

3 p.m.
Ohio Avenue closes between Bashford and LaFollette. Please move your car before 3 p.m.
3:30 p.m.
Children start riding their bikes in the middle of the street.
4-5 p.m.
Set up grills and tables. Start socializing.
5:15 p.m.
Gather to parade down Talmadge and Jackson streets. Meet in front of Ohio 169. Bring instruments (especially drums and trumpets), banners, decorated bicycles and wagons, creative hats, noisemakers, etc.
5:30 p.m.
Parade starts.
5:50 p.m.
Block photo taken.
6 p.m
The party continues. Bring food to grill, a dish to pass, beverage, silverware, plate, lawn chair.
7 p.m.

Talent show (?) and other surprises (?). Bring along a copy of the Ohio Avenue Song.
