Feb. 14 lead-pipe report

Pertzborn contracts are due inside the mail slot of 133 Ohio by 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18. As of 24 hours before that deadline, 13 contracts have been turned in. Two more are promised. One probable participant is out of town. One other household has not contacted the organizer. Those missing that deadline or wanting to get in on negotiated discount should contact the publisher.
